Superb studio with direct access to the large beach, 3 minutes from the halls, the center, the ports and the famous Vendee Globe channel while being very quiet in a listed residence of the embankment. Premium furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet, very classy bathroom, small cozy room with a 140 bed, a sofa convertible into a 90 bed in the living room for a child or a 3rd adult. La Loggia offre depuis une nouvelle pièce d'environ 9m² (balcon) parking face à l'appartement. Calme absolu et vue dégagée. ATTENTION: Les draps, housses de Couettes, taies d'oreillers , torchons et serviettes de toilette ne sont pas fournis .

Ideal location facing the sea and near Arago, the beach below and a very rare view above the roofs at 180° on the bay. This apartment of 32 m2 is a real favorite. Hyper-equipped kitchen, new sofa bed 09/2023 sleeping 140 comfortable mattresses sea view and an extra folding bed for a child. WiFi, large flat screen TV, fan...
