Lovely 4/5 pers chalet, 25m², with a large terrace with pergola, barbecue, children's games in a shaded and fenced courtyard. Ideally located 300m from the body of water and the leisure base (summer pool, beaches, kayaking, paddleboarding, paddle boarding ( soon), tennis, fishing, etc...) SPA, ice bar, restaurants. Many marked trails to discover on foot, bike, motorbike, 4X4. Thiers capital of cutlery, Vichy, the puys chain, Vulcania etc. A vacation for everyone in a green setting!
