Within a quiet residential area, at the foot of velocean, a 10-minute walk from the charming town center and with all amenities, but also the pretty port and the first beaches . Enjoy the enclosed garden, the terrace, and relax in the hot tub. A bright living room, 2 separate toilets (ground floor and floor), a bedroom with shower room on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms upstairs and a beautiful shower room.
