Located near 3rd st. and 5th st. boat ramps, walk to restaurants, bakery, ice cream parlour, antique stores, shops, museum, park and playground. Includes 2 single person kayaks and 2 bicycles! Crispin Cottage

A small but cozy cabin which is comfortable, warmed by our kerosene heater in the winter and with a small air conditioner for the heat waves of summer. The sunroom maintained by my sister is one of our guests favorite features. Our property is peaceful, with only my mother, sister and my sister's young grandson living in the two other dwellings on the three acre property. We offer complete privacy for those that prefer it; or for those that enjoy it, my mother loves visiting with our guests.

Our comfortable and quiet guest cottage is set among Ponderosa pines in the Sierra Nevada foothills, 15 minutes from more than 40 Shenandoah Valley wineries. Private tastings can be arranged. The pool is private to our guests and usually open after Memorial Day. About 50 mins to ski areas. The Cottage easily accommodates 2 couples in two bedrooms, each with private bathroom. For EV charging, 220 V outlet is provided. The deck is great for outside dining or just enjoying a glass of wine.

This 2 bedroom cottage is located above our garage. It's peaceful and quiet in our neighborhood. We offer 2 brand new beds and cozy bedding. The view at night is amazing. Sometimes it appears that you can touch the stars. The kitchen is fully stocked and if you need something extra just let us know. The best part is our location we are close to everything.
