It's part of Bohemian Homes (3 independent houses) and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. Great starting point for all kinds of outdoor activities with bicycle routes and marked hiking trails right next to the house.

Apartment with sauna - cool and stylish, for 1-2 people

Very stylish and realized in collaboration between architect / interior designer / furniture designer (sofa bed!) with separate shower room, 31 sqm of living space, separate, private entrance and access to the barrel sauna. All furniture as individual custom made, kitchen countertop and dining bar concrete/ woodworking/ epoxy resin. Shower room with concrete trowel technology, whereby the shower and toilet could not be separated due to the very limited space situation.

The apartment (2nd floor, approx. 35 sqm) is located on the beautiful Untermarkt, right in the heart of the historic old town and yet traffic-calmed. Short distances to the sights of the city, to cafes and restaurants, to Poland with further restaurants on the Neisse River. A parking ticket for parking close to the apartment is optionally available. (11 Euro per week) . I will be happy to obtain this ticket for you if required! Let the city surprise you.

Waldhaus Rathen

A comfortable and family-friendly apartment with kitchen, bedroom and shower and toilet awaits you. The apartment can accommodate 2 people. In addition, there are 2 extra bed options. A travel cot for infants is available. The rooms are painted with natural colours and the wooden floors are treated with natural wax and are therefore particularly suitable for allergy sufferers. Pets are allowed on request. A large balcony invites you to linger.

Vacation home right on the lake with double bed

Modern cottage directly on a small lake. Practically furnished to unwind for a few days in the middle of nature and to switch off. On the ground floor there is either a large double bed or two single beds. A staircase can be reached by the slightly lower sleeping floor with another two single beds. A high-quality bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with the most necessary make this great tiny house an absolute feel-good place.

Gretel's favorite spot

Gretel's favorite place is in our half-timbered house, in a small settlement on the edge of the Zellwald. You are in the middle of the nature, here fox and rabbit say good night. Your neighborhood is newly renovated and furnished with a lot of love. You can relax in our large, original garden, use the playground, but you are also quickly on the highway to explore the surrounding area.

Haus am Wald

House by the forest with private parking. Great retreat after a day hike or just to relax. Space for up to 4 people, you can bring your dogs on request (please note that with an increased cleaning effort you may incur additional costs). Cats are not permitted. Free WiFi, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video are at your disposal. The house has been modernized in recent months.
