Cozy home surrounded by nature, near SAP

My house is built in the southern French style in 2007 and exudes holiday flair. The apartment is located in the basement, has its own entrance and small terrace area to the east. In the large room there are then kitchen, dining area and bedroom in one, but pleasantly divided. Reading material and a backgammon game for leisure are available here as well as Netflix. A small hallway with wardrobe and desk leads to a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Here you will also find bathrobe, yoga mat and utensils that you just need :-) (shampoo, rinse, shower gel, sewing kit, tampons, disposable razors, handkerchiefs, hand mirror, hair dryer). The house is surrounded by a cozy garden with lots of seating. The large courtyard in the south is also available to my guests with a lounge group, a barbecue and hammock. Here you can relax and unwind in peace. I am very happy to be available for information, questions, pick up buns and small wish fulfillments. Rettigheim is surrounded by forest, meadows and beautiful vineyards. Bakers, hairdressers, grocery stores and inns can be found right in the village. After Malsch and the pilgrimage chapel on the Letzenberg you can walk, or spend the day at the gliding airfield, the golf course or in the zoo. The beautiful Odenwald is also just a stone's throw away, or how about a romantic trip to Speyer? If you want to shop, you should definitely go to Mannheim. Rettigheim is a small village with ideal motorway connections to the A5 and A6. Heidelberg, Speyer, Mannheim, Karlsruhe can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Also with the S-Bahn, this works fine every half an hour from the station Rot/Malsch. The bus stop is 3 minutes walk from us around the corner. To SAP St.Leon-Rot you can also cycle along a direct, tarred road through meadows and fields in 10 -15min. The surrounding area is very quiet, close to nature and yet well connected to cities such as Heidelberg, Speyer, Mannheim, Sinsheim and Karlsruhe.

I warmly welcome you to our stylishly furnished terrace apartment in Schwetzingen. From here you can reach the city center within 10-15 minutes walking distance, where the castle is located with a beautiful castle square and countless restaurants. The beautiful old town of Heidelberg is about 9 km away. You can also walk to the train station in 15 minutes. The accommodation is suitable for couples, business travelers, small groups and families (4 people).

Relax with the whole family in 2 cozy double rooms, as well as a living room and bedroom, in 90sqm apartment in the basement of our beautiful wooden house in the idyllic district of Rübgarten. The spacious garden offers many inviting places around the house and merges seamlessly and fencelessly directly into the nature reserve Schönbuch. In our large orchard (about 1500 m2), we offer you a natural tent & camper. Here you can build your tent on a flat lawn (about 20 x 17 m) protected from hedges and nut tree. Or bus, camper max 5 meters, car parking. In the garden there is a garden house with a covered pergola, camping toilet, garden shower (cold), sink. In the lower garden live our 6 chickens and 3 rabbits. A fire bowl with a three-pin grill is at your disposal.

In the middle of Stuttgart and yet in countryside

With this comfortable apartment , all the important points of interest are close by-making planning your stay very easy. The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.

The campsite is only available for people who BRING THEIR OWN TENT Our farm is situated outside the little village Effringen. The open countryside around is home to lots of birds and scattered fruit meadows. We have chickens, cattle and alpacas on our farm. We work as bio-dynamic farmers and are happy to tell people about our work.
