The cottage is composed of a living room with a lot of character, mezzanine lounge, fully equipped kitchen, very large and comfortable bedroom, bathroom and independent toilet. The house is naturally cool in the summer. The cozy atmosphere will charm you. Enclosed private garage. T1 bis 30m2 in Annonay. Very bright. 3rd floor with elevator. Great location. (No need to go back to the city center) A living room in which you will find a foldaway bed for 2 people and also a sofa convertible into a bed. A kitchen and a shower room with toilet.
