Rye High Street, delightful flat in centre of Rye

We are located on the High Street in the heart of medieval Rye, perfect for exploring this beautiful historic town. Our flat is on the 2nd floor, the stairs are winding so not recommended if you have mobility issues. Open plan kitchen & living area, separate bedroom with king size bed, shower room, Please Note * The shower cubicle is small but works well! 3 minutes walk from station, pubs, restaurants & car parks, we recommend the Cattle Market car park, Rope Walk TN31 7NA £2.50 for 24 hours.

The Place in Rye is located in The Mint in the very centre of historic Rye, and sleeps 4. The newly renovated cottage has two light and airy bedrooms each with king size beds, ample storage space and their own luxury bathroom. There is a new fitted kitchen, dining area and comfortable sitting room, WIFI, smart TV and small library. There is a peaceful sunny courtyard with outside seating for 4. There is a car park 50 meters from the cottage. Sorry we do not accept children under 12 and no pets.

A grade II listed apartment in the centre of Rye. The property is situated at the bottom of famous cobbled Mermaid Street through a courtyard entrance on The Mint. It is a short walk to local pubs, restaurants and fish and chip shops with beaches within a 10 minute drive. The property features a quirky steep winded staircase and is set on 3 floors! These are also super steep so please be careful with children. A 10 minute walk from Rye station.

There are plenty of country walks direct from the cottage and Camber Sands and Winchelsea beaches a 10mins drive away. There is a dedicated parking space outside. The owners are next door to give you local recommendations if required.

Bright comfortable Flat in the centre of Rye

We are in the heart of Rye on the high street. You’ll love my place because of the location. The flat is on two levels , first floor is open plan kitchen and sitting room and bathroom. The bedroom is on the top floor .The stairs are quite steep so not recommended if you have mobility issues.
