Rutland churchyard stone cottage next to the pub

Set in the churchyard, a few paces from an award-winning “proper” pub, this 1820s Ketton stone cottage is a lovely place to stay in Rutland. We come ourselves for family get togethers, or just the two of us for the weekend. The Vineyard is fabulous, as is the village stores. Stamford, only three miles away, is very special. So, there’s Rutland Water, great local walks, a great food scene, Burghley House, a vineyard and England’s finest stone town on the doorstep. Oh, and did I mention the pub?

Peaceful cottage in orchard with Hot tub and sauna

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. A new custom-built cottage with Air Conditioning, Oak furniture, a new Oak bed and kitchen, and a great bathroom. We finished building in June 2022, so be one of the first to enjoy it. It is an EPC A-rated eco-build. In a secluded orchard accessible by a country lane with minimal passing traffic, a tranquil, peaceful location. New hot tub Jan 2023, Sauna and steam room installed July 2023 We are pet friendly, but land is hedged not fenced.

Bresby Cottage is set in a rural farm location surrounded by private secure gardens. The Cottage is fully modernised and is a warm and comfortable. Cosy yet spacious cottage in the heart of Rutland

Nestled in the Rutland village of Cottesmore and between the market towns of Oakham and Stamford is Pheasant Cottage. The village shop offers an extensive Off Licence, Post Office and local Grasmere Farm produce. The Sun Inn is a moment's walk and serves great food and outdoor seating. There is also a Fish and Chip shop within walking distance. Rutland Water and all that it offers is a 10-minute drive in the car. Lovingly refurbished a few years ago the cottage has a contemporary feel to it.

Located in a small village with beautiful countryside views, this spacious, 150 year old character cottage is self-contained with a garden to the front and a courtyard to the rear. It has two bedrooms, a newly refurbished bathroom, beamed living room and spacious kitchen diner. The cottage is 7 miles north of Melton Mowbray on the Notts / Leics border. Originally converted from a barn in the 1850s, it has been recently refurbished to a high standard but still retains many original features.
