Our place is a great getaway for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The house is fully equipped dishes, silverware, pots and pans. We are located right in the historical town of Rumford. Our Happy Place

After years of renting houses and condos throughout the valley, our family made the plunge and made ourselves a home in North Conway. Our Happy Place is a recently renovated farmhouse in the heart of the village that sleeps 10 in beds and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, smart television, wifi, and plenty of space for relaxation. It's located just minutes from the Saco River, Storyland, Settler's Green outlets, Zeb's General Store & more. While designed for family, it's fun for all ages!

North Conway private, wooded in-town location

Our home sits on top of a hill looking down over a very quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of North Conway, between North Conway Village and Intervale/Kearsarge. The house sits on 1/2 acre of wooded land with a long dirt driveway leading up to a parking area that can accommodate 2-4 cars. Our home has direct access to the Whitaker Woods trail system that runs from Kearsarge to North Conway Village. We are also a short walk to the Moat restaurant and Stonehurst/Wild Rose restaurant.

Must bring Bathing & hot tub towels We will supply everything else. ALL Major 3 day holiday weekends is a min of 3 nights!! Now close to the new Mt Washington Recreation Path. Country setting, quiet, three bedroom home close to village. All major ski resorts are minutes away. Hiking paths as well as TAX FREE OUTLETS. Brand new hot tub and wood stove works, wood is mostly supplied Storyland and Santa's village is also minutes away. Great country feeling in a good location.

My place is close to great views - for fall time - half hour to ski area's -oxford casino 7 miles away - hour drive to Mt Washington or Portland - Plenty of hiking area's- Oxford plains speed way 3 miles - , restaurants and dining . Hard to find, ski in/ski out 1 BR unit in prestigious Locke Mtn Townhomes. Apartment is located on the Tempest ski run (White Cap chair) in the lower level of our own townhouse. Ski right to your front door, then relax in the beautiful outdoor pool/jacuzzi. Nightly price covers 2 people. Extra guests are an extra $25 per person, per night.
