Delightful 1 Bedroom Cottage

Cosy 1 bedroom cottage located just off Buxton's central market place where there is an abundance of pubs, restaurants and shops. The property is a 5 minute walk into Buxton's historic town and the iconic Crescent Hotel. Parking is available directly outside the property or there is plenty of free on street parking or a big car park 20m walk away (there is a residents pass for this car park). The renovated cottage has Sky, Netflix,Wi-Fi and a private outdoor area with BBQ to enjoy the fresh air.

Situated across from the Limestone Way and a 100 yards from Bradford Dale, there are an abundance of beautiful walks direct on your doorstep. There are 3 pubs in the village which are within 10 minutes walk from the house, all serving delicious home cooked food and selections of local ales. The village also boasts a well stocked village shop, tearooms, bakery and post office.

This 4 bedroom holiday home. The downstairs is tiled water fed underfloor heating with marble look tiles, free off road parking for at least 3 cars, or for workmen 2 extra large vans on the drive, spacious garden with play area, patio and garden room to 55 inch tv and stylish new kitchen. The rear garden is safe and secure for pets, we don't envisage any dogs being able to escape, although if they do, we hold no responsibility for this and recommend pets are supervised at all times.
