You have 90 square meters of living space, your own entrance and a beautiful , large terrace for yourself. Clay walls and floor/or wall heating create a living climate to breathe. Loving, cozy & fully air-conditioned furnished apartment on the ground floor in a rural location. (Still close to the motorway, it's a 5-minute drive to the A38.) The city centre of Heiligenstadt can also be reached in a 5-minute drive (or a 30-minute walk via bicycle or rural paths). Cyclists will get their money's worth on the Leine-Heide cycle path, which is about 800m away. To escape the stress of everyday life and recharge the battery, our environment is wonderfully suitable:)

The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love them because of the heavenly tranquility, the little door in the woods and still only 20 km away to Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and larger groups. Unless it is about uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
