New summer house in absolutely 1st row and own beach at the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50m2 with 10m2 annex. In the house there is an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to the lovely large loft. The house is air conditioned and has a wood-burning stove. The annex contains a room with a double bed. The house and annex are connected by a wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcoves.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. Lovely bright cottage of 80m2. Located 70 m from the water. With access to, shared private beach land, with bathing bridge. Large south-facing wooden terrace in nice enclosed garden, on 800m2 of land. 10 minutes to Køge. And 45 minutes to Copenhagen. 15 minutes to Stevens klint. The house is not rented to families with children under 8 years.
