Our place is great for solo travelers, business travelers, couples, or small families. You will be staying in our walk out basement, we live upstairs. Our space is one bedroom, large living/kitchenette, laundry and spacious bathroom. Our home is only a couple of miles from Ballantyne corporate center, about 30 minutes from uptown, 25 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to Carowinds, and 35 minutes to the whitewater center.

Located in the heart of "Old Towne", this recently renovated, cozy,cottage style dwelling (800sq ft) has all the amenities for a very short or extended stay. Only a 5 minute walk from Rock Hill's featured dining and shopping areas. The university (Winthrop University) is about a 15–20 minute walk or a 5 minute car ride away.
