A gorgeous 3 bedroom house tucked away in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, 1 street away from the largest enclosed garden in Europe, the Phoenix Park. Stoneybatter (voted in the top 50 coolest neighbourhoods by Time Out) is a 15 minute walk and is your local area for shopping, eating & coffee. For essentials, 'Londis' is an 8 minute walk down the hill. All major sights are within a 20-45 minute walk. Public transport is on your doorstep via the bus and Luas, as well as free road side parking.

This bright and spacious 1 bed room apartment is downstairs from the Superhosts of a Portobello Georgian House, is within walking distance to most major tourist sites in Dublin. It features 3 colorful 1840s period fireplaces, comfortable furnishings, and a lovely view of a thriving olive tree. Please note the old house charm of this place is not for everyone. There are a few quirks, like the closet shower, and the creaky old floorboards above that could disturb noise sensitive guests.

Old World Converted Stables with Swimming Pool.

The following is what past guests have said that they love about this property; Guests commented on how old world and elegent it looks. You have a sense of being in the country with birds and squirrels in the trees but yet you are only 10 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes to the city centre. Everyone adored our closeness to the phoenix park..There are many activities in the park including the zoo, the hop on hop off bus, segways, rent a bike to name a few.
