Situated close to Reagan's Park, this 52m2 flat is a comfortable 15-minute walk to the beach and has great transport links to the city centre. Tram and bus stops are just outside and the SKM train station is only 15 minutes away on foot. A stone's throw away there's a large shopping centre with a supermarket, a variety of shops, coffee shops and food outlets. 4th floor with access via stairs.

There is a relaxing terrace with a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding area. The house is located in the village of Ostrzyce, in the heart of the Kashubian Landscape Park, at walking distance from the lake. No parties allowed. Please note that there is a pet fee.
