Our cottage has a living area of 70 sqm. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic spa of Westerheim at 823m altitude. In the neighbor are commercial establishments, but they cause little noise. House is fully enclosed at a height of 150cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter with snow there is also a trail. For children, there is a swing with a climbing rod. A lovingly redesigned oasis right on the edge of the forest. The lower floor is perfect all year round for a break for two. Be it as a starting point for hiking and biking in the Swabian Alb Biosphere area or just to switch off for a few days and enjoy nature. In the "Tinyhousemodus", the whole cottage also offers space for, for example, two families spread over three bedrooms for a total of seven guests. The terrace invites you to barbecue & chill in the summer.

Sunny apartment with spacious living-dining area and bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a dishwasher, freezer, oven and hob. The metro (Peregrinastr.) is only 100m away. By train or car / taxi it is 10 min. to downtown, trade fair and airport. The bed is 180 x 200 cm (king size). The sofa bed is also 180 x 200 (king size) W-Lan, bed linen and towels are available.
