West Cape May Beach House

Well maintained home, centrally located and within walking distance from the center of town, great restaurants, retail shops, food stores and the Washington Street mall. The beach is just 12 blocks away which makes for an enjoyable bike ride. The large driveway offers plenty of parking. During the summer season, the home is available by the week from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is 2 pm and check out-time is 10am. Throughout the rest of the year, shorter duration stays are available.

Casual, spacious open floorplan, all on one floor with a huge back sun porch, nice front sun porch and deck. Centrally located, beaches, historic Berlin, and amenity filled community [pools, golf, pickle-ball etc.] Sleeps 8-9; king, queen, full-twin bunk, single. Must be 25 yrs old or prior service military or first responders. Recent price hikes forced us to cut the cable, switch to streaming services, and install TVs in each room. Linens and beach club parking pass available for a fee.

Large 5 BR townhouse with plenty of parking and pet friendly. Community pools (open Memorial Day to Labor Day) and gym. We PROVIDE sheets & towels for free! Gated community five miles from the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk & beach. Rentals from Labor Day to Memorial Day have a strict (not moderate as listed on Airbnb) booking policy. 100% refund if canceled within two days of booking, nonrefundable if canceled within 30 days of rental dates. The HOA requires a short-term lease agreement.
