This is a new, bright and cosy apartment located on the first floor of a common building. It has a spacious room with a living room area and a queen size bed and a kitchen with the essencial utilities. The apartment has wifi with a good speed. It is located in a quiet neighborhood near the South park and the mountain. It is 5 min walk to the Vitosha metro station and 30 min (by foot) to the city center. There are also supermarkets and a shopping center. No smoking! You are welcome!
