The villa covers an area of 1400 square meters, the pool is 17 meters long, the area is nearly 100 square meters, there are 5 spacious bedrooms, 4 bedrooms are equipped with double queen size beds, the 5th bedroom consists of two single beds, and three bedrooms have full sea view floor to ceiling windows to enjoy spectacular sea views.The suite can accommodate 8 guests in 4 bedrooms with an additional charge for 5 bedrooms. Our villa has two maids, our housekeeper is fluent in Chinese, and the villa also has a driver who can be booked for you.A security deposit of THB 12,000 is required for staying at the villa, 2 units of electricity are free of charge, free breakfast is provided, and an excess of THB 240 per unit is charged (one unit of electricity in the community is equivalent to 40 units of electricity in general).No loud parties are allowed in the villa.

Our 5 bedroom villa (500m2 interior) is surrounded by a large oriental garden with a huge 33m common swimming pool and access to your own massage room. 2 large suites and 2 guestrooms have bathrooms ensuite, 1 bedroom has a half bathroom. Surin Beach is a 7 minute walk and close by are the famous beach clubs like Catch Beach Club, Lazy Coconut, The Beach, Cafe del Mar and top restaurants Kaleido, Suay Cherng Talay, Catch, Little Paris, Carpe Diem. We have a Thai chef available on request.
