The house is cozy, cosy & quiet, with fireplace, sauna & nice neighborhood. There is a family-friendly swimming lake directly in Weilheim! Weilheim with a beautiful old town is nestled between Ammersee, Starnbeger See and Staffelsee with beautiful views of the Alpine chain! We have wonderful excursion destinations for skiing and hiking in 30 min. Surroundings: Oberammergau, Hörnle, Blomberg, Schloss Schwanstein! It is 30 minutes train ride to Munich!

Quiet apartment in Andechs (s' Wuidgehege)

the apartment has been newly furnished. Furniture made of oak and natural materials for good conscience and the pleasure of comfort give you the framework for a relaxing stay. You have your own entrance and if the weather allows, you can have breakfast or grill on your own terrace. Of course we have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Television is mandatory and a library is available for the analogues of you.

Sweet townhouse, 12 min to fair & center

For a family or 2 couples: a cute, colourful, complete cottage with garden, right next to the subway with 2 bedrooms (one of which has a sofa bed) for 4 guests (you could also add a toddler if you have a travel cot). There is also a cosy attic room as a living room (which can also be converted into a 3rd bedroom), a work loft, and a large cooking and dining area of 26 m² and a covered terrace with dining area, outdoor kitchen and barbecue.

It is a beautiful and modern furnished row-end house with 5.5 rooms in Starnberg-Percha on Lake Starnberg. Here you can feel at home after a very short time and make yourself really comfortable in an exclusive environment with plenty of space. Other: The house has an underground parking space and an outdoor parking space. From the underground parking you can enter the house via your own entrance and possibly stairlift.

The house is in a quiet location. In a 5-minute walk, there is a sports facility with swimming pool and sauna. Grocery stores in the immediate vicinity. The city center of Munich is about 25 minutes by car. There is a bus connection to the S-Bahn (suburban train) not far from the house. With the S 7, you can get to Munich Central Station in the city center without changing trains.
