Calm, quiet lake with variety of watercraft for your pleasure. A large, heated screened in porch allows you to enjoy the surroundings in any weather. The bunkie is a great escape and sleeps 3-4. Beautifully renovated home with 140 feet of waterfront on Green River with cathedral ceilings, 1.5 bathrooms, 2021 kitchen with quartz counters. 3 bedroom home plus pull out couch in a semi private reading nook, as well as bunkie with queens size bunk beds for bonus sleeping quarters. Enjoy wine or mimosa on the dock while the kids play on the sandy beach. Great for kayaking, and stand up paddle boarding. Deep water perfect for fishing, bass, pickerel and muskie.

Incredible views of the lake. Heated Cottage! Less than 15 mins from Mount St Louis and Horseshoe Valley Resort. Your cottage has its own gas bbq, deck and firepit. We have our own private beach, close to trails for snowmobiling or hiking. Orr Lake golf & LCBO across the st. We are close to Simcoe County Forest (hiking trails). A short drive to shopping, the zoo for the kids and restaurants. 20 mins from Vetta Spa!! Wifi and excellent cell service.
