House of 2011 of 80m2, all comfort, all equipped, can accommodate from 2 to 6 people. Located near the beaches of Beaumer (400m) and Menn Du (200m away), tennis lessons, shops, restaurants, tourist office less than1 km away. House on Garden Fenced and wooded with private parking The entrance to the living room area. The living room with dining area and toilet gives onto a 9 m2 patio, the open kitchen is equipped. Upstairs 3 bedrooms with beds in 140/190 and bathroom (shower), 1 bedroom with bed+sofa bed

beach on foot - great sea view for this apartment.

it's a unique place... right on the water ... it's not paradise but it looks like it do you like the sea? The apartment has a great view ... do you like the beach? put on the swimsuit and you're there. The apartment 50M2 (1st floor) is designed for 2 people but can easily accommodate 4 guests. somewhat atypical with its glass on the bedroom and with its sea view while brushing its teeth. recently renovated apartment, very clear, very clean.
