It is located in the heart of Cagliari, 100 meters from the port and 50 meters from Piazza Yenne; everything is within walking distance; the flat overlooks the Largo Carlo Felice, main Street. In just 10 minutes you can reach the Poetto, our beautiful beach. We have a terrace of 400sqm. The train and bus station are 2 minutes walking away; the area is the heart of the city in terms of restaurant and bars.

My accommodation is close to the sea , close to art, culture and beautiful beaches, you will love it for the intimacy and location and is suitable for couples because it is equipped with three air conditioners , thus creating a total privacy. In the house you will find two kayaks, 4 beach spots with beach beds, a bench with masks, fins and games , umbrellas , beach towels and a portable fridge box for your beach days. There is also the possibility of organizing day trips with a sailboat.
