Beautiful house completely renovated. Everything has been redone: facade, roof, terrace, windows, shutters, balcony, outdoor staircase and veranda with foosball, ping pong Jacuzzi table. New kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, induction stove. Shower jets massage. Located in the heart of the city 400m from the Sncf train station, 10 min on foot from the Prorel gondola departure, next to the bus stop and a supermarket. Beautiful garden . Garden furniture. Very nice view.

Quiet house overlooking the mountains

My house is quiet 5 minutes drive from the city center and 15 minutes from the Embrun body of water. The kitchen is fully equipped. You will find on the ground floor 1 bedroom with bathroom -1 toilet 1 living room 1 kitchen 1 entrance hall and 1 pantry with 2 furnished terraces. upstairs : 3 bedrooms with 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and a relaxation area, TV book and a balcony. Outside plancha barbecue. No pets allowed. No smoking indoors . Currently my house is rented only in summer.

Chalet St Barth in Serre Chevalier. Les Pananches is a sunniest hamlet, You are a 2 minute drive from the Aravet gondola (free parking) or 5 minute walk to the free shuttle stop. Magnificent living room. Composed of four bedrooms each equipped with shower room, an entrance with an English billiard table, a living room with fireplace ,kitchen, bicycle room. Garden equipped with barbecue, table... extra linen rental €18/person and end of stay cleaning €150.

This 40 m2 mini house (34m2 + mezzanine) is located in Eygliers village, perfect for exploring different ski stations within 30min drive: Risoul, Vars, Ceillac, Arvieux, Puy Saint Vincent, Pelvoux, Crevoux, Les Orres... It's also a good base for the ski touring in Queyras and Les Ecrins. It's situated in the quite, upper part of the village, giving you amazing views over the mountains.
