Biccari 6 apartment is located in the heart of Lecce historical center, at the second floor of a historical building, with exclusive view on the Roman amphitheater. The sophisticated balance between modern and ancient features provides a relaxing atmosphere. The apartment benefits from a wide entrance, leading directly to a luminous open space. The exquisite choice of furniture and dining area set a relaxing atmosphere. The large sofa bed can welcome extra guests. The fully equipped kitchen is the perfect place to start your day. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, peculiar desk furniture, fitted wardrobe, French window with private access to a green courtyard, is charming and quiet. Check-in and check-out by appointment The apartment is at the 2nd floor of a 1700s' Palazzo with no lift, in the very heart of Lecce old town. Just off the main square, Piazza Sant'Oronzo. Step out to baroque churches, narrow streets, traditional restaurants, boutiques, shops, cafes and stunning architecture. Public transport stop at 50 m distance . You can reach the train station with a 15-minute walk. The apartment is located at the second floor, with no elevator. We remind our guests that in Lecce is applied a city-tax of two euros a day until the fifth day of stay in high season (may-september), and of one euros a day until the fifth day of stay in low season (october-april) . This tax is not included in the apartment price and will be required at the check-in.

In un’unico spazio e’ stata creata una zona con letto matrimoniale, una piccola cucina fornita di tutto e con lavastoviglie, un bagno con ampia doccia e una veranda privata con ombrellone, sdraie e tavolino . Il trullo non e’ isolato ma posizionato in un area con altri 2 trulli adibiti ad affitti (un piccolissimo villaggio) . Di fronte al trullo vi e’ una pineta con area relax e tanto spazio per poter camminare .

Romantic Dimora On Tetti

2-level apartment with excellent finishes, a large terrace with a view of church domes nearby, including the Dome of Lecce. Without every noise, it allows peace and relaxation at all hours of the day. Completely self-contained. Three bathrooms, one with a closed shower, one with an open shower. The third bathroom on the terrace can be used in summer. If you want to use the second bedroom, even if there are 2 of you, you will have to pay a surcharge of €30 per day.

Exceptional house right on the beach.

° A two level house right on the beach. ° Terrace only a couple of meters from the sea. ° Modern design, new amenities, beautifully furbished. ° Ideally located to visit the jewels of the Salento, Italy's heel. ° Spectacular beach in seaside town. Desolate in winter. Great fun in high season. ° 55' from Brindisi Airport. ° Thomas and Els used to be the owners of another very appreciated holiday home. Beautiful apartment on the first floor in a two-story building. Central area. All the windows and balcony overlook the sea. Bleached oak parquet flooring. Modern furnishings with great workmanship. Very quiet apartment. Just go down a few steps to be on the free or equipped beach. There are supermarkets nearby ( Conad , Dok, Eurospin and others ) . There are also small restaurants, bars and pizzerias. Perfect for all periods of the year.
