Great retreat!!!!! This tiny house is open and feels spacious and well equipped for a weekend or over nite stay. Located by a stocked pond excellent for fishing. Enjoy serene hiking areas excellent for peace and getting back to nature. Horses are nearby so enjoy watching them play. All the amenities you can imagine, full size refrigerator, oven and microwave and washer and dryer. A romantic picnic area with soft lights and plenty of privacy. Pet friendly! Cozy and comfortable one minute from I-30 but in a safe quiet neighborhood close to everything in central Arkansas! Movie theater and all kinds of restaurants within 2-3 minutes away. Extra driveway to park boat if going to the lakes in Hot Springs. Close to Little Rock if touring there! Washer, Dryer, central heat and air. Fenced in back yard with fire pit to enjoy!!
