To rent, nice apartment with balcony and sea view in a private residence with private pool for maximum 4 person. When you look for relaxing summer place you are on the right place, only 2 minutes’ walk from the beach, shops and restaurants Facilites Full equipped kitchen with washing machine, coffee machine, water warm up machine, toaster, oven, refrigerator, microwave, TV, sofa with bed possibility, bed line leisure. A bedroom with a double bed ( 160 cm ) and storage possibility as well as a bathroom with a shower and a nice living room ( sofa for 2 person ).

Spacious and bright apartment on the second floor, with a terrace, a large bedroom with two single beds, a leatherette headboard, a ceiling fan and a closet. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine, thermos and a skylight, the kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, fridge water heater combi and electric coffee machine, bright living room that you can watch TV in English, German, and other languages, it is two minutes from the beach and has a swimming pool. A terrace where it gets sunny practically all day long.

Stunning 1 bedroom Apt on quiet San Fermin complex

This beautifully refurbished first floor apartment is but a stones throw (an aprox 8 min walk) from the sea front with all of your usual holiday amenities and entertainment. There are multiple bars, restaurants and takeaways to choose from or a well stocked supermarket if you choose to relax on the patio and escape from the rush. If you want to go further afield there are good transport links via bus, taxi or rental car to the whole island. We look forward to welcoming you to this island soon.

Situado en la calle peatonal más importante de la isla, junto al casco antiguo y con unas vistas espectaculares, cerca de los lugares mas emblemáticos de Lanzarote y a escasos pasos del mar. Great location & great layout

This apartment is located very centrally near both old town and main strip. Many facilities such as large Lidl, two other supermarkets, bus stop and the Biofera shopping centre are located within 400 meters. There are a few really nice bars, restaurants at the corner. The apartment is well laid out with most furniture multi functional . It can comfortably host two adults and two children for sleeping and storage . It is very comfortable, unique and relaxing . All Irish & UK & European TV.

Apart 100 meters from the beach with WIFI 2

The apartment is functional near the beach less than 100 meters from restaurants and supermarket restaurants and supermarket. The whole mańana gets a lot of sunshine until after noon and has a large balcony with table chairs and umbrella to enjoy the breakfasts. Se ve el risco de famara y asomandose tambien el mar. Free parking is always nearby. It has very fast WIFI for famara and the TV is smart TV. I live close and get quick if needed. Ich spreche deutch I speak english Hablo espańol

We inivte you to stay in our beautifully renovated apartment in a well maintained, clean community that has access to a communal pool and poor bar in Puerto del Carmen. Stunning sunrise over the sea in Arrieta

Cozy apartment above the sea, with breathtaking views. Ideal for family or couple vacations. Located on the first floor of a small and quiet building of only five houses. Prime place. Close to the Jameos del Agua, the Cueva de los Verdes and Orzola (to go to La Graciosa). Arrieta has great restaurants with fresh fish, black sand beach, a natural pool next to the iconic oriental style house and a pleasant seaside walk.

Frontline apartment in La Santa, 20m from sea and directly on the coastal promenade pathway. The appartment is in the first floor with private terrace with sea view, sunset and promenade There is a big communal terrace as well in third floor. Its not very used so a good chance to stay there on your own.
