The entire building is only a few years old and has a luxury hotel look. The apartment has been newly furnished in 2023 to give it a fresh look. It is perfect place to work away from home, because it has a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet. This apartment compared to the others has an especially large terrace ideal for having meal outside or just lounge on the outdoor furniture. For guest who come in winter the underfloor heating in the bathrooms is a nice feature.
