First-floor apartment with veranda and breathtaking views, less than 100 meters from the beach and private parking space. Casa Cannas - Sardinian House (iun P5660)

A real sardinian "casa campidanese" in the middle of a little town. Casa Cannas was the house of my great uncle Giovanni. Built in the 40s, with traditional furniture but with all the comforts, garden with car spot, in a little street in Villaputzu, 10 minutes from Porto Corallo, 15 from the wild Murtas beach and about 30 minutes from the famous Castiadas and Villasimius beaches.

We are at the "First Stop" of the Poetto, the initial part of the beach over 10 km long, 20 steps from the sea, the yatch club and the marina.
