Rustic independent recently renovated stone with exposed wooden roof. Spacious and convenient parking in front of the house. Entrance with a living room equipped with a TV, a wood-burning fireplace and a sofa bed for 1 and a half; a kitchen with an electric oven and a dishwasher; on the first floor there is a large double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a single bed. Outside there is a garden with table for outdoor dining.

Breathtaking view of the surrounding hills and the entire valley. 3 minutes drive from the village (Langhirano) equipped with all amenities (bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc..).
