Light Studio - City Center

The Light Studio, a sunny studio apartment with balcony has special charm and artistic atmosphere because of its extraordinary furniture pieces and details. Yes, everything is well designed and organized but we're stuck at loving the 'table'. We just love it more than the rest... - that tree root we found on the street could have easily ended up in heating stoves in some strange place, while in our case it just makes the place unique and a must see. What's new: Netflix & air conditioner :)

Brand new penthouse condo right off of Rruga B (area with restaurants, bars, other shops). Our condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The living area is 110 sq meters, plus 50 sq meters of balconies for your enjoyment. Great views of the City of Prishtina and of the Sunset from the main balcony. Less than a 5 minute drive to Downtown, which is a straight road up and down the Sunny Hill. Plenty of parking available. Minimarket and coffee shops within the building complex.

Downtown apartment in Prishtina

A cozy apartment close to the center of Prishtina and closer to the most famous bakery in Prishtina "Furra Lumi." It has one bedroom, one living room, and one beautiful kitchen/dining room that includes a sofa. It was built in the 70s and is an example of Yugoslav brutalism architecture. Inside is well renovated, and the cherry outside the windows makes it fun to stay from April to June.
