Sunset 1 apartment is located 15 minutes walking from old town, 100m from seaside, in quite neighborhood. In front of the house there's a free parking, local bus station, mini market, pharmacy, taxi station and fast food. On the waterfront you can find few good restaurants of Mediterranean cuisine,also few minutes walking from the apartment. This waterfront studio apartment occupies the entire top floor (three floors above the ground floor) in an historic stone home on Kotor Bay in the charming village of Muo. Swimming/sunning is available out in front of the apartment, and Old Town Kotor (the part inside the Medieval walls) is about a 25-minute walk. All the apartments in the building have been recently remodeled and have many modern features -- air conditioning, at-grade tiled showers -- but retains a lot of the historic charm.

This is a beautiful one bedroom apt in Stoliv right on the first line of the sea with a cute balcony and amazing views of UNESCO protected Kotor Bay and Perast Town. Stoliv is 15min drive away from Tivat and 25min drive away from Kotor. Also a local bus stops here to both cities which is super convenient and you do not even need a car. You are right in between the two best cities for living in Montenegro. Apartment has recently been renovated and features dishwasher, washer, Wifi and TV.
