beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Whether for seasonal workers, holidaymakers or city travellers, our apartment in a quiet & central location can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance. The city center is about 2.1 km away, shopping facilities for daily needs are located in the immediate vicinity. For children there are several playgrounds nearby and also the connection to the island of Rügen is very conveniently located. Not only two- and four-legged friends are welcome.

"Kontor" for 2 in posto-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. Wabi Sabi Cottage I at Old School and Sauna

This apartment is located in the former old school in the village and was probably built for the teacher in 1815. It contains a bedroom, another bedroom under the roof (can only be booked in summer), a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. In the bedroom under the roof, you can onlyreach a steep staircase. The chamber is heatable via an oven, but the roof is not perfectly insulated.
