Great vacation home in Ruka

Half a semi-detached house in Ruka at Kalliolampi pond, 100+25m2. Peaceful area. Slopes 2.5 km, ski trails 100m, shop 1.5 km. Ski bus 200m away. Full equipment. 2 bedrooms, 2 separate toilets. Sleeps for 10 people. Separate khh. Note! This is a semi-detached house, please note the tenants who live on the other side. Does not include linens or towels, final cleaning should also be handled with care! As an extra service, you can ask for final cleaning (100e) and bedding/towels (20e/person), available in advance!

Luxurious log villa

Villa Sallanpesä is available for rent all year round. There is a «kota» on the yard (as well as firewood for your use) and on the back porch of the villa you will find a hot tub for six (6) persons (fee of 210€/week). There is also a fence on the yard for your furry friends. Sallanpesä is located right by excellent opportunities for snow mobiling and hiking. The wilderness areas of Tuntsa and Naruska are not too far away. The fall colours of the region have earned lots and lots of compliments.

Holiday home in Kemijärvi, southern Lapland

Our holiday home is situated in Kemijärvi 85 kms/ 53 miles north-east from Rovaniemi. Nice peaceful 71 m2 apartment close to the nature. You can rest hiking, biking, skiing, swimming, picking berries or mushrooms - whatever you like. Kemijärvi is a town of 6000 inhabitants in the middle of two lakes just above the polar circle. Sauna. There are good trails for crosscountry skiing almost from our front door. The distances to the downhill skiing areas: 45 kms to Suomu and 53 kms to Pyhä.

This compact studio lies in the Ruka Valley between the slopes 16 and 18, next to gondola. Next to naturetrails, MTB & frisbeegolf from the door. 1 Queen size bed + 1 sofa bed. Bathroom and compact kitchen & dishwasher. Floor 2/2, private entrance. Full size cabinet dryer. More info in the photo captions! NOTE! Keloruka, First Class villa, best location

This luxurious holiday home is very cosy. It has a well equipped kitchen, the views are great and location is superb. We are just outside crowded area with total privacy. Restaurants, shops and services of Ruka Village are close. Kids can walk to the slopes/lifts and Village safely without having to cross any roads. Our cabin has 180m2. Requests for future seasons and short stays are also wellcome. You will love it.

The cottage is located in famous Kesäjärvi area, and built 2014 with all the modern conveniences one can think of. It is suitable for winter and summer usage. Ski and snowmobile trails are just nearby. Skibus stop is located just nearby 30 meters from the cottage. There is also well furnished Barbacue Hut with fireplace and reindeer fur coated seats - Hut is available for extra price to be agreed separately with owner
