My accommodation is located only 25 minutes by car from the top ski and hiking area of St. Moritz. The public transport bus runs every hour and takes you to Maloja in just 10 minutes, from where you can access the kilometer-long cross-country ski trail. In good snow conditions, the ski lift in the village is open-ideal for kids and beginners. The house is suitable for both families and couples. The kitchen is top equipped with Nespresso coffee machine (bring your own capsules), raclette oven and much more.

Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, in February 2025 you can also rent the apartment below mine (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

Completely refurbished in 2016, it enjoys a gorgeous view of the Brembo river and of the mountains of Val Brembana. Quiet and very comfortable for a couple, it can host up to 4 persons. Very central position: 100m from the entrance of the spa QC Terme, 200m from the Casino, and at the beginning of the town's Promenade where you can find a wide range of restaurants and cafes.

Recently renovated with exposed antique wooden attic. Spacious and cozy, with panoramic lake view and a bedroom on a mezzanine. As a heater we have a nice cast iron wood stove,easy to turn on and immediately creates a warm and romantic environment! The wood will be paid for separately upon delivery! Essential kitchen with microwave, American coffee machine, Sat TV .Tavern with vault and fireplace.

Cabin Palma - Neighbor to the center but far from chaos-

Baita Palma is an ideal accommodation for families,couples or friends who love to be in the middle of nature,without depriving themselves of the "movida" of the country. In fact, our apartment, completely renovated in summer 2020, is a few steps from downtown, but it is in a quiet and secluded area from where skiing facilities will be very easy to access.
