My place is close to the high street of Steyning which is a quaint and historical town located on the edge of the south downs national park. It has an array of interesting independant shops catering for all tastes , it is on a direct bus link to Brighton and the south coast as well as walking distance to the countryside. The cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, business people and furry friends ( pets ) . It is small but perfectly formed but beware of the low ceilings and doorways.

The Studio is on the first floor of a lovely, quiet, Victorian house, one minute from the beach. There are great bars and restaurants around the corner, or, if you fancy a stroll along the famous promenade, the heart of Brighton is twenty minutes away. Guests say they love my place for its character, its high ceilings, and its location. It's popular with couples on a romantic break, and people visiting friends or family in the city. Parking for a small additional cost subject to availability.

The Quirky Houseboat Dodge

A unique opportunity to stay in a floating piece of artwork. The carapace is an upturned lifeboat hull mounted on a Dodge fire engine. Moored on estuarine mudflats on the River Adur. Sit outside and enjoy the RSPBs' smallest reserve. Cross the towpath to the park and playground, 2 minutes walk to beach, 10 minutes to town centre. A tranquil place to unwind with family and friends. The Granary is a well loved converted barn in rural Sussex. It is in the village of Fulking, six miles inland from the coast and Brighton in a stunning setting by the South Downs National Park. It has four and half acres of maintained gardens. It sleeps eight and the full height two story sitting room and a large and homely kitchen provide the perfect place for family gatherings or groups. There is plenty on offer nearby as well.

A two bedroom house in a quiet residential area, with a private driveway for two vehicles and free, on-street parking. The house is located in Hangleton and close to excellent local transportation links: a frequent 24 hour bus service to Hove & Brighton is less than a minute's walk away and it's a 20 minute walk to the local railway stations (Portslade and Aldrington). The house is a ten minute drive to Hove seafront and a five minute drive to the stunning South Downs National Park.

Hi,we have a large,spacious,bright and airy bungalow which is all open plan and great for entertaining. There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. There is space for 2 cars in the drive and others right outside in the close. The kingsize room is ensuite with the double having its own bathroom across the hall. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

Immaculate & Comfortable Seaside/South Downs Home

Light, airy and immaculate, but very comfortable, with 2 private parking spaces directly outside. Cosy sitting room with a wood burning stove and french doors leading to a modern garden with corner sofa and a separate table for alfresco dining. The house is very comfortable, for both families or groups, as both double bedrooms have their own bathroom and there is a third loo downstairs. The kitchen is open plan and fitted with all appliances to make your stay a home from home.
