Barkly Beach House is a brand newly renovated home designed with relaxing coastal holidaying in mind, with everything you need and nothing you don't. The minute you walk through the door you will want to kick off your shoes, play some tunes and mix yourself a drink. The Flume surf break is 500 mts walk away as is the Boardwalk that takes you to the Breakwater to your right and the Hopkins River Mouth to your left. Also 5mins walk away is Fletcher Jones gardens and a Fish and Chip shop.

The Little Shack: Pets are Welcome

The Little Shack is a modern bungalow with a spacious double gated yard area. It is situated behind another residence, which is a larger Airbnb. 1.6 kms from the Main Street of Warrnambool and a short drive to the river mouth and beaches, it’s around the corner from the Fletcher Jones gardens, fish + chip shop, laundromat and a fantastic cafe Wilba + Co. Most pets are welcome to stay with pre-approval upon booking. The bed is double - so cosy! If you’re 6’4” it’s maybe not ideal!

Hi! A large white fluffy doggo lives here. She barks at newcomers until she can sniff you but she’s friendly. We welcome all people of all genders and cultures to our loft. Enjoy your own private space, up high with the birds, near the sea with a free breakfast of DIY breakfast smoothie & muesli. A seperate space, behind my house that has its own entrance. It has a lush ensuite & there’s free coffee & tea. Lockable doors and block-out blinds on windows.

Lovely new 3 bedroom ground floor apartment, just across the road from the beach and boat ramp. Great for kayaking fishing swimming etc or just relaxing with a book. Kitchen is fully equipped, laundry has washing machine and dryer. There is a carport and plenty of room out the back for parking an extra car or boat. Portland is 12 k and Mount Gambier is about an hours drive.
