The entrance to the accommodation is independent. Suitable for relaxation. Beautiful living room. Very bright living room. This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family with breakfast on your terrace, the beach 300 meters away with its restaurants and casino, 200 meters from all shops (bakery, caterer, spar, pizzeria) You also have a private parking space for small vehicles ( if not free parking 30 meters from the house). The accommodation is 45 minutes from Spain, 1.5 HOURS FROM Port Aventura, 25 minutes from the Grand Buffet de Narbonne, 15 minutes from the African reserve.

Charming villa of 115m2 all comfort, ideal with friends or family, with a panoramic view of the sea, the beach of Lido and the pond of Thau. 1000 m2 fenced garden, large swimming pool and terraces. Summer kitchen with large barbecue, bread oven and pizza. Very nice villa located in the popular and quiet area of Mont Saint-Clair with a panoramic view. The house, completely renovated in 2010, was originally a typical "baraquette" house of Sète families.

Our holiday home is located in a very quiet and well maintained residence: "Les Jardins de la Clape". It is rated “3 stars”. It is 250 meters from the beach (5 minutes by foot). It has private parking. The house has a wooded courtyard (laurels, palms, olive trees...) which allows you to enjoy the sun (deckchairs, umbrella, table, chairs...). There is an electric barbecue available, as well as 2 bikes.

In July and August, check-in and check-out is on Saturdays .
