Pickleball courts at “ Fred Pate Park” REMODELED home !!! NEW floors, NEW windows, porcelain tile shower. Nice beds and dining table! Bike trails, sidewalks, bay and restaurants are a bike ride away. Just a short stroll, bike ride or drive away from downtown shopping, restaurants, bars, beaches, sunsets, and fishing. When you're not dining out, prepare your daily catch or favorite recipes in the fully equipped kitchen. Park and wash your boat in the large yard when you return home. Great fishing and scalloping minutes away with nearby boat ramps or wade out to cast a line.

Spacious ground level apartment located less than a half mile from the sugary white sands of Honor Walk Park at Beacon Hill. This part of the beach is perfect with its public boardwalk access to a wide-open area that has a private feel. A short stroll to the access, or drive and park right next to it. The Park includes pickleball courts, a playground, covered picnic tables, and an amazing Veteran’s monument. Minutes from a variety of restaurants and shops in Mexico Beach and PSJ.

This is a newly remodeled ground floor mother-in-law suite located on the beach side of Hwy 98 on the West end of Mexico Beach. The unit has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, and two built in bunks. Access to the bathroom is inside the bedroom. It also has a small kitchen open to the living area. There is a gas grill, table, umbrella, and lounge chairs for your enjoyment in the enclosed courtyard. You may run into me outside gardening and such. *NOT BEACHFRONT!

Attached to a seldom-used two-car garage, it is super quiet, completely private, and very clean. Your hosts are a retired couple who live on-site in a detached residence. English and German spoken. Pets (one dog only) welcome with prior coordination. Late check in is NOT available; we will meet you at the door.
