Ideal for families with children near the beach and sportsmen. Tennis court in front of the door. Beautiful duplex apartment very bright and spacious with sea view 80 meters from the beach for 4 to 5 people. Hall, large living room plus dining room with terrace, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, 2 closed bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds and an alcove in the mezzanine with sofa bed, cot and high chair available.

Nice recent blackmoutrine house. Comfortable, perfect for holidays for families or with friends. Ideally located a 5-minute walk from the center and the old port, and 10 minutes by bike from the beach and the Bois de la Chaise. Nice little flowered garden, intimate with wooden decking, olive tree, deckchairs and barbecue, very comfortable underfloor heating. Private parking, enclosed in the evening.
