This renovated cabin is perfect for a weekend getaway. Located on the beautiful Shade Mountain, it is a great spot to relax and unwind. Great for the family. The cabin has NEW BEDS. Beds are two double beds, 1 single bed, a futon in our sitting room that sleeps 1 person. The cabin has running water, an indoor bathroom that includes a flush toilet, sink and a shower designed for shorten showers. A modernized kitchen has basic cooking accessories to prepare meals as well a coffee bar.

Enjoy the beauty and peace of nature as you stay at our cute but TINY house. The deck, with its hot tub, grill, and lounge area is sure to be a favorite spot! Also sitting around the campfire while stargazing is pretty amazing. This is a perfect stay for nature lovers and minimalists. A creek is only a short walk down the trail. Our home is 53 miles from Harrisburg and 54 miles from State College. 10 minutes from Rt. 322. We live in a beautiful setting in the country with Shade Mountain in the background. We finished our basement in 2019 and have around 1200 square feet of lovely and modern decor with a full kitchen.A dining table with 2 extra leaves. Large living room with wrap around couch and a regular couch which comes out into a queen bed along with a comfortable recliner.
