Very nice apartment with its feet in the Plérin

Located on the second and top floor of a small residence, our apartment has an amazing view! For only horizon the beach and the emerald green sea…. And the must have immediate access to the beach (at the foot of the building) Very cosy, the apartment can accommodate up to five people It offers you a beautiful comfort : a very bright living room. A fully equipped open kitchen. A bedroom , a sleeping area where the sea will whisper in your ears and a pretty and functional bathroom

Small charming and bright house. Located in a quiet area close to the beaches 2.5 km, the village 2 km and 10 km from the city center of Saint-Brieuc. 4 km from Binic In the summer period in July and August, the rental will be from Saturday to Saturday . We also accept periods of 15 days or more . Feel free to make a price request for longer periods ) There are reviews underneath the photos . Cozy independent studio with enclosed garden. The location is ideal, 10 min walk or 1 min drive. The beaches, the GR34, the seawater pool, the port, its restaurants- bar and the shops just 800 m away on foot. St Brieuc train station at 15’, Bed 140, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. Access to the private garden sunny all day with wooden garden table and small barbecue. Not suitable for people with disabilities (garden access with step)

Charming cottage typical Breton "Ti Quartier"

This cottage has great charm and is thoughtfully furnished. Ideal for a couple with 1 child. On the ground floor is the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, senseo coffee machine) as well as the bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, an open bedroom that offers a warm atmosphere. We have 2 beds, the first 160*200cm and the second 90*190cm. extra bed linen welcome kit sheet and bathroom linen.

Renovated old cottage, with independent garden, close to the village and 3 km from the sea. Our cottage is independent, quiet and close to the amenities of the village of Pordic; all shops are within a 5-minute walk. We are at the start of different trails and hiking trails by bike or on foot. The beaches of Pordic or Binic are also very quickly accessible!

My accommodation, rated 3 stars, is close to the beach, on the GR 34, view of the garden on the bay of St Quay Portrieux All shops and supermarket in Pordic. Located 8 minutes by car from the new Hospital, close to major natural and tourist sites. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families with kids.
