Our apartment is perfect for couples with or without children and solo travelers. It is located in a very quiet area in the immediate vicinity of the Royan market and the city center. You will be able to fully enjoy Royan and its surroundings on foot or by bike. The apartment and residence are new. It is very well equipped, including a washing machine for long stays. My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families. pretty studio on one foot accessible for disabled person. Non smoking accommodation 1 bed 140, 1 bed 90, 1 bed 80 tv ,wifi, terrace with barbecue large courtyard , to park your vehicle ,common with the owners, I have a Labrador bitch, very nice, who walks on the property.
