Joli studio en plein cœur du centre historique de Morlaix, logement rénové dans un bâtiment ancien. Tout proche du marché se tenant le samedi matin ainsi que des commerces, artisans, créateurs, restaurants. 10min à pieds de la gare et du port, 10 minutes de la mer. Parking à proximité et arrêt minute. Vous trouverez dans le studio "la fantaisie de Jean" tout l'équipement pour un bon petit déjeuner (thé & café), un grand lit double, une salle de bain équipé, wifi. Draps et serviettes fournis.

Located ten minutes from the beach in the centre of Plougasnou... in the middle of a big property this small two - story house faces a large house. There are also 3 private entrances (with no neighbours) giving to a terrace and a big garden . Parking- lot. Beautiful landscapes ..... Numerous walks ( G34) beaches, riding, hiking, boat-excursions nautical sports ..... Medical Center, Super -market, Tourist- office -Markets. Owner: English speaking fluently.

Le Petit Vilar

Le Petit Vilar is a former dependency recently renovated in a very quiet and wooded site. All the accommodation is on one level. It is located close to the GR 34 and many short hiking trails. The next beach is about ten minutes away by car. The village of Locquénolé, with its cafe- grocery store, its Romanesque and Baroque church and its Freedom Tree is within walking distance. The home does not include a TV but is equipped with wifi.

This rental is located 3 km from Morlaix (historic site), between the Armorique Regional Park and the beaches. This is a house divided into 2 separate dwellings with independent entrances. The photos on the ad match the rented area. Even if this home sleeps 7, it is ideal for 4/5 people. The sofa is only an extra bed in the living room. The 5000 m² lot is quietly located, away from the road and in a wooded environment.
