Casa Rural Las Claras

Casa Las Claras has three double bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the third with two single beds, each bedroom has its own bathroom, also a living room, kitchen and a Canarian patio inside. In the outdoor area you have private parking, gardens, leisure and reading nooks and a large terrace where there is a swimming pool. Although it may seem large, the house can accommodate two people in a very welcoming way and feel at home. However, no reservations are accepted for special event celebrations or party allowed. Also comment that we, the hosts, live on the other side of the house, we share with our customers the pool terrace, and although we do not really use it if there are customers making use of it we need to go through this area to enter and leave our house. It is ideal for children, they have surroundings to run, play, as well as a corner with beach sand. In the house there is satellite TV, DVD, change of towels on the third day, washing service for stays of more than a week,..... Away from the mundane noise of mass tourism is located in the village of Tías, the place is very quiet and with very easy access to the center of the village, walking can be there in ten minutes and you can find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, health center, and of course, La Ermita de San Antonio where there are usually beautiful exhibitions of painting, sculpture, sculpture, ..... To enjoy the countryside around us, just behind the house there are a number of trails, including within the network of island trails, which can make them enjoy wonderful views and a pleasant walk. They can also find public transportation stop within five minutes. From this place the visit to the island is easy, almost in the center the longest journey is in 30 minutes by car. The nearest beaches, Pto. del Carmen where you can reach in 10 minutes and the beaches of Papagayo, 30 minutes, ideal beaches of golden sand. In short, we invite you to get to know us, enjoy a cozy place and where birds will be part of your company during your stay.

Casa de campo independiente con maravillosas vistas. Hemos puesto mucho empeño en que la casita sea cómoda y con detalles que la hacen especial. Piedra volcánica, paredes blancas, puertas de granero. El baño con color a mar y arena. Todo en relajante combinación. Te encantará sentarte en la terraza y disfrutar de las vistas y la tranquilidad. Realizar paseos a la cima de los volcanes cercanos. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas y aventureros que busquen conectarse con la naturaleza de la isla.

This is a beautiful and relaxing villa with 3 on-suites bathrooms, an incredible fully fitted kitchen and a huge lounge area, (almost 150 meters of space) tastefully furnished for your comfort. Peaceful and harmonius the garden is mature and immaculately kept with the wind rustling the palm trees. Incredible panoramic views of the sea and volcanic mountains. Duplex with ocean view

Duplex located in a quiet and safe complex close to shops and restaurants, the water park, and the golf course. The beach is 15 min. on foot, with a beautiful walk along the sea. Opposite the complex there is a small supermarket and the Santa Rosa Sport gym is 10 minutes away. Due to the situation, the car is not essential since there is a bus stop 5 min. from the house, which will connect you with Arrecife capital but if you want to rent one there is free parking in front of the house.

The apartment is in one of the most exclusive residential areas on the island, very safe and well connected. Be part of a beautiful villa but have separate entrance and direct access to the garden and private pool. Equipped with all kinds of details. Nightly rate up to 2 pax 65€, 3rd pax supplement 15€. We are close to a seafront promenade, with bike lane, leading to Arrecife or Honda Beach, the ideal location to explore the island: 37 km from the south and 40 km from the north.
