Just 50 meters from the beach of Poniente, next to the Marina and a few 10 minutes walk from the Casco Histórico (neighborhood of Cimadevilla) and the city center. Area with all the necessary amenities, surrounded by supermarkets, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants. Easily accessible if you're coming by car. It has a private PARKING SPACE with direct access from the house. WIFI in all rooms

Fantastic newly renovated apartment. Located in front of the beach of San Lorenzo. In the sandy neighborhood. You will have everything you need to spend a few days.It has a living room with the integrated kitchen, with all the comforts of a house The bedroom has a king size bed. The apartment has high speed wifi. For tickets after 22.00 €10 will be paid and after 24.00 €15.00 on arrival. Consider combining it with one of my apartments in Oviedo.

Nice apartment of 80 mtrs completely renovated, next to San Lorenzo beach, has an elevator for 2 people, 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen equipped with washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine and everything you need for the stay, you also have towels, sheets, high chair, wiffi, hangers. It is blue zone, it is also possible to park if you pay very close to the apartment. A bathroom with a shower, a bathtub for babies.

Great apartment in front of the beach!!. Very nice ocean views. Nice in summer and quiet in winter. The direct view and listening to the sounds of the sea give a lot of calm. Ideal for couples, couples with baby (services for infants included) and also for family with 2 children. Perfect for enjoying pleasant days in Asturias. Water sports in summer and beach walks in winter.

VUT 1112 AS 40m2 apartment, totally renovated in April 2023. One minute walk from San Lorenzo beach and overlooking Isabel la Católica Park. All exterior, clear and sunny, with double-glazed windows and blinds in all the rooms. Places of interest: the beach , night life, the park, public transport, the city center.
