Very nice apartment, clean and well-kept. The development has 2 swimming pools and 4 paddle tennis courts. Exactly 1350 meters from the beach. It's 15-20 minute walk or 3 minute drive In summer you can park near the beach for 1€/24 hours. It has a double bed and 2 singles, bathroom, kitchen with ceramic stove, microwave, regular coffee maker and single-dosis, washing machine, kitchen utensils, kitchen utensils... led TV. Air conditioning. Sheets and towels. Blankets. Terrace Garage Square and Private Wifi.

Nice and cozy accommodation, quiet area without noise, 2 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from the beach. Cabida for 8 people. With 3 AIR-CONDITIONED rooms, two of them double and one with three 90 beds. Living room with sofa bed, small terrace and kitchen with patio. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and another shower. Large GARAGE SPACE in the building with automatic door and direct access to the house by ELEVATOR. From the portal there are 10 steps of access to the house and 3 from the garage.
