The house has 1 bedroom private double bed, 1 bathroom and kitchen -living room with a sofa-bed. Bed linen and towels are included and arrival you will receive a welcome basket. The property features its own garden and animals such as donkeys and dogs. The pool is shared with the owners of the property. It has a shower, sun loungers, barbecue and relaxing area to enjoy a pleasant meal. The lush vegetation that surrounds it will give you fresh and shade if you wish. It has children's play area. Apartment with wifi and spectacular sea view.

Lovely and refurbished apartment with stunning sea view situated in a quiet apartment complex in the quiet part of Puerto Rico, Agua de la Perra. VV-approved. The apartment has free wifi, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom, living room and terrace. This and our other apartment, have the best location in the complex, the access is very easy; there are no stairs (unlike other apartments in the complex) and very close to the free parking, which is hard to find in Puerto Rico.
