Penthouse La Palmera 5, sea views, superior

Superb, amazing, beautiful, are perhaps the three adjectives that are repeated when visiting this apartment also privileged. Large accommodation with magnificent sea views, the best apartment for rent in Sant Martí d'Empúries. Four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, entrance hall, utility room and three terraces with sea views. When we open the main door, we can observe the sea, the whole gulf of Roses and a large part of the plains of Empordà. The entrance to the apartment is through the main terrace. The entrance hall distributes housing in two parts, one more noble and the other more functional.In this noble part, we will find a large living room and dining room with two large windows overlooking the sea and access to a covered terrace with fantastic views of the beach of Sant Martí d'Empúries and all the notch of the littoral. But also a master bedroom, huge, the most elegant room, with a large bathroom "en suite" and a third terrace, private to it. The functional part of this penthouse is where there are three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. All rooms have windows to enjoy the landscape, as well as views of the village, the plain of Empordà, the sea and beaches. We are certain that the people who stay in this apartment, will repeat their experience because this one really represents the image of an apartment at the sea, that all at one time we dreamed. Apartment Riells Blau D201

The Riells blau apartments are located around 700m to the beach of Riells. The apartment complex has a large communal pool located in beautiful gardens with both plenty of sun and shade. The apartment complex is ideal for children as there is a childrens play area. Our apartment is on the first floor and overlooks the pool. It consists of two bedrooms with double beds, and one bedroom with twin beds. A fully fitted open style kitchen with oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is a separate shower room and utility room with washing machine. The lounge and diner are combined and have a set of patio doors which open onto a large terrace/balcony which overlooks the communal gardens and to sit and watch the kids in the pool while enjoying a glass of wine in the shade! There is communal WiFi and Local TV and CD player, In the lounge there is a big sofa and easy chair to comfortably sit 6 people. This is a large roomy apartment that sleeps 6 adults High chair and cot can be provided. One set of bed linen, beach, bath and hand towels are provided as standard. THE CHARGING OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES IS STRICKLY FORBIDDED WITHOUT PRIOR AGREEMENT IMPORTANT INFORMATION ANY payments made with CREDIT or DEBIT card which are subsequently cancelled are subject to a charge equal to the processing fee charged by the payment processing entity. Very nice apartment carefully decorated, located 50 m from the beach. Shared rooftop terrace with views of the church, village and sea. Large balcony that can be used to have breakfast or an aperitif. Located in the center of the village so close to all shops and restaurants, very well located. Beach right next door. Ideal for walking around during your entire vacation.
